Morgan Properties is hiring a Community Manager to drive resident experience and oversee daily operations across the community. You will own key operational processes, manage administrative tasks, and collaborate with the Area Community Manager to execute priorities and initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong organization, customer service, and cross-functional coordination within a national real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or customer service management preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks

Responsibilities

• Resident Engagement & Leasing: resolve complex resident concerns and manage move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals and retention efforts
• Operations & Financial Administration: perform property inspections, manage accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting; track occupancy and revenue
• Collaboration & Execution: coordinate with Area Community Manager and on-site teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
