Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a residential property in Austin, TX. You will manage staff, ensure service quality, and lead leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of community management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of budgeting and Fair Housing practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential Community Manager.
  • Experience managing 300+ unit communities preferred.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and marketing skills.
  • Ability to supervise office, maintenance and service staff with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community with professionalism from office to site.
  • Maintain budgets, financials, and owner communications per MORGAN standards.
  • Supervise office, maintenance, and service team members and schedules.
  • Ensure Fair Housing compliance and resident relations are prioritized.
  • Oversee leasing, marketing, and in-house operations to drive occupancy.
