Job summary

The Morgan Group is hiring to manage operations and marketing for a portfolio of multifamily properties in Houston. The role focuses on professional leadership of Community Managers, adherence to Fair Housing laws, and delivering strong financial results.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and owner communications while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliant property operations. The position requires hands-on leadership in a full-time on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Lead leasing and marketing for assigned portfolio.
• Manage operations and financials across properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations, financial responsibilities and marketing for the assigned portfolio.
• Supervise Community Managers.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections and verify annual archiving with Community Managers.
• Manage capital projects and collaborate with Development Team.
• Prepare monthly financials, executive summaries and variance reports.
• Provide marketing ideas to hit budget and owner goals.
• Maintain professional, clean property offices and maintenance shops.
• Attend to resident or vendor complaints promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and coach team members; ensure safety training and performance reviews.
