Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a residential Community Manager; preferably on 300+ units.
• Strong customer service and marketing skills.
• Interact well with coworkers, supervisors, residents, vendors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community to maintain professionalism and service quality.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, management, maintenance and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain financial records and budgets and monitor collections and expenditures.
