The Morgan Group in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help run day-to-day operations of our multifamily communities. You will support the Community Manager, supervise leasing staff, maintain resident relations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

This role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a commitment to our core values as we manage finances, marketing, maintenance coordination, and course of action for move-ins and renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Community Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and marketing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations and resident relations.
• Oversee leasing team in the Community Manager's absence and ensure professional office operations.
• Monitor service requests, market ready apartments, and utility bill discrepancies.
• Manage bookkeeping and rent collection per lease agreements.
