Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to enhance resident experiences and support multi-site community operations. You will be the friendly face for residents, handle inquiries with professionalism, and assist move-ins/move-outs to ensure smooth transitions.

Responsibilities include tours, event planning, safety compliance, and maintaining accurate resident records. A driver’s license is required to travel between communities as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive between communities if needed.

Responsabilités

• Be the friendly face and main point of contact for residents and visitors.
• Respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct community tours—walk-ins and those scheduled by our Regional Sales Team.
• Support move-ins and move-outs, creating a seamless experience.
• Escalate resident concerns as needed to leadership.
• Inspect homes before move-in to ensure quality.
• Walk the property and flag any maintenance or curb appeal issues.
• Assist in planning and executing resident events.
• Help ensure safety standards and community policies are followed.
• Keep resident records accurate and up to date.
• Assist in preparing community reports.
• Support day-to-day admin tasks as assigned.
