Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operations of the community to achieve professionalism by all Team Members.
• Create, maintain and encourage excellent resident relations.
• Supervise maintenance service team and monitor service requests.
• Maintain and manage financial responsibilities including budgeting and accounts payable/receivable.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and counsel, promote and terminate Team Members with management support.
• Lead marketing efforts to drive qualified traffic and occupancy growth.
• Perform all essential job functions as business dictates.
