Venterra Realty is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all facets of property operations at Town Station Lofts. You will drive occupancy, revenues, and service quality while leading on-site staff and ensuring policy compliance.

You will manage budgets, supervise maintenance, and coordinate with the regional leadership to meet NOI goals. This role requires strong customer service and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of proven success in multifamily with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, ensuring financial performance, occupancy, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead, train, and manage on-site staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through quality service and proactive retention efforts.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and income projections, manage revenue, expenses, and financial reporting to maximize NOI.
• Conduct regular property inspections, ensure safety compliance, address maintenance needs with the Maintenance Manager.
• Report property liability, workers’ compensation, and property loss claims.
