Job summary

Neighborly Communities seeks a Community Manager to lead operations at the Keizer Station properties. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and maintain exceptional resident relations while upholding fair housing standards and company policies.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Community Manager and Regional Director of Operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and asset performance, while coordinating reporting and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Property Management or HS diploma with 2 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of property management supervisory experience preferred.
• Fair Housing certification or compliance knowledge is required.
• Proficiency with property management software (ResMan, Tenant Tech, Leonardo, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and staff at assigned properties.
• Ensure fair housing compliance across properties.
• Deliver excellent resident service and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on performance, asset management, budgets, and delinquency.
• Coordinate lease expirations, renewals, and move-in/out procedures.
• Conduct Safety Meetings with the Service Manager and ensure OSHA compliance.
