Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Community Manager for Town Station Lofts in Cary, NC, reporting to Regional or Senior Regional Manager. You will oversee all property operations, drive occupancy and revenue goals, and lead the on-site team to deliver exceptional resident service.

You will manage budgets and financial reporting, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and coordinate with maintenance to address safety and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership of on-site multifamily teams.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting is required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, ensuring financial performance, occupancy, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead, train, and manage on-site staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through quality service and proactive retention efforts.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, manage revenue, expenses, and financial reporting to maximize NOI.
• Conduct regular property inspections, ensure safety compliance, address maintenance with Maintenance Manager.
• Report property liability, workers' comp, and property loss claims.
