Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience in property management.
• Strong leasing, marketing, and budgeting knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct community operations to ensure quality service.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and administer the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Oversee leasing activity and maximize property performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
