Qualifications

• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the community staff to deliver high-quality services and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee leasing activities and budgets to meet market goals.
• Develop and administer the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address employee concerns.
• Tour property, inspect apartments, and ensure curb appeal and safety.
