Job summary

Asset Living is a national property management firm seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, and ensure financial performance while upholding fair housing and safety standards.

The role demands hands-on leadership, effective communication, and the ability to implement marketing plans and retention programs to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• On-site leadership of property staff and leasing operations.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies.
• Lease, show, and move-in prospective residents.
• Manage budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Handle resident complaints and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
