Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to oversee our multi-family communities and lead a team of onsite staff. The role focuses on delivering strong leasing, resident services, and efficient community operations.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of onsite management experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You will manage marketing, budgeting, reporting, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue, with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support and participate in fulfilling customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and provide solutions to resolutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing all paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine lease renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase rental activity.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, 3-day demands, delinquency report updates, other income, and utility tracking spreadsheets.
• Organize community resident activities, newsletters, and retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Research and shop the competition quarterly to align rental rates and deposits with market conditions.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income daily.
• Lead the maintenance and management of budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses.
