New Earth Residential LLC seeks a Community Manager for a 325‑unit Class C property. This exempt role offers $75,000–$80,000 per year, with full-time hours including weekends as needed.

You will oversee leasing, marketing, budgeting, staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to keep the community profitable and well-maintained. Responsibilities include welcoming residents, managing income and lease activity, and leading on-site teams.

Formación

• Minimum two years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background and superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; general internet software experience.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Lead daily on-site team huddles and coordinate priorities.
• Post and track all income and lease activity accurately.
• Maintain active social media presence and update property listings.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive benchmarking.
• Oversee budgeting, AR/AP, and rent collection processes.
