Job summary
NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a multi-family community. You will welcome residents, approve leases, analyze market trends, and ensure the property is well-maintained, staffed, and profitable.
The role emphasizes leasing, marketing, superb customer service, and collaboration with on-site staff, supervisors, and vendors. This position involves budgeting, revenue checks, social media maintenance, and regular market competitive analyses to stay
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years as an on-site Community Manager in multi-family property management.
- Strong leasing and marketing background and superior customer service.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and internet software; budgeting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service and a friendly, consistent greeting.
- Lead daily check-ins with the on-site team to align priorities and drive performance.
- Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded and updated in systems.
- Maintain active social media presence with regular posts to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Conduct routine inspections and manage rent collection, delinquencies, and budgeting processes.
