Job summary

New Earth Residential seeks a Community Manager to lead daily operations of a multifamily community. You’ll welcome residents, manage leases, supervise staff, monitor budgets, and ensure upkeep and profitability.

This exempt, salary-based role requires on-site presence with weekend flexibility and a strong leasing/marketing background. Benefits include bonuses, health and life insurance, 401k, rent discount, and ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; internet skills preferred.
• Experience with budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects with exceptional service and consistency.
• Lead daily standups and coordinate with on-site team to align priorities.
• Post and ensure accurate recording of all income and leases.
• Maintain social media presence and optimize online listings.
• Inspect units, manage move-ins and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee revenue, delinquencies, and participate in budgeting.
