Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel skills and computer literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Where required by law, must have a state leasing license or obtain it within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Develops marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintains resident retention through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Manages repairs/maintenance requests and oversees vacancies and preventive maintenance.
• Partners with Regional Manager on budgets and billing; monitors vendor statements.
• Hires, trains, and mentors staff; conducts performance evaluations.
