Job summary

RHP Properties in Farmington Hills, MI, is seeking a Community Manager for the Camelot community near Salt Lake City, UT. You will oversee daily operations, staff, finances, and resident relations to ensure a profitable, safe living environment.

Responsibilities include rents collection, delinquency control, staff training, maintenance supervision, and reporting to the Corporate Office. Requires 2–3 years in property management and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency; MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collection of rentals, late fees, and other charges.
• Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions per state laws and court proceedings.
• Hire, train, and manage onsite staff; document discipline.
• Repairs: inspect grounds and homes to keep a presentable appearance.
• Supervise maintenance staff via the Work Order system and coordinate tasks.
• Process invoices; maintain petty cash and track expenses and receipts.
• Maintain employee files and timesheets to ensure accurate compensation and benefits.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports and address discrepancies.
