Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Community Manager for Villa West in West Jordan, UT to run daily operations, manage staff, and oversee finances for the manufactured home community. Responsibilities include rent collection, delinquency actions, maintenance supervision, reporting, and ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2-3 years of property management experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience with proven management skills.
• MS Office, Excel and Outlook; MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deposit daily collection of all monthly rentals, late fees, etc.
• Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions within State and landlord laws and attend court proceedings as required.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff to ensure deadlines are met. Administer discipline with proper documentation.
• Demonstrate leadership in corporate attitude, communication skills, and professional appearance.
• Inspect the community grounds and community-owned homes to maintain a presentable appearance.
• Manage and assign tasks to maintenance staff through Maintenance Work Order system.
• Enter lead information in Lead Tracker System and complete guest cards.
• Process, approve, and forward invoices; maintain petty cash; track expenses and receipts.
• Maintain employees’ files, timesheets, and records to coordinate accurate compensation and benefits.
• Analyze and audit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and address issues.
• Manage accidents, emergencies, and mechanical needs; report to corporate office.
• Refurbish community-owned homes.
• Ensure safety and maintain a safe living environment for residents and staff.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to needs.
• Coordinate advertising, promotions and presentations of homes as directed.
