You’ll lead on-site operations, coordinate with Resident Services, and manage compliance with housing regulations. A driver’s license and strong customer service background are required, with prior property

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• Background in customer service preferred; property management experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader to foster a welcoming, safe community.
• Lead leasing, occupancy management, and rent collection to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD and related regulations; prepare for audits.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Monitor finances and administer invoices; use property management systems for records.
