Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Resident certifying.
• Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails.
• Completing all lease paperwork.
• Explaining lease agreements and addenda to new residents.
• Walking property to report needed improvements.
• Upsk maintaining the office and clubhouse.
• Rent collections.
• Processing invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.
