Job summary

Post Road Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee multiple residential communities in Pennsylvania. You will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with maintenance and corporate departments.

You will assist in budgeting, monitor financial performance, review statements, and supervise training and performance development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential property management experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple communities.
• Affordable housing experience (LIHTC/HUD) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple communities.
• Assist with preparation and management of annual operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Lead onboarding and training, conduct regular performance discussions.
• Promote accountability and foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations.
