Job summary

Monarch Management Group, a growing property management company with affordable housing communities across Pennsylvania, is seeking a motivated Full-Time Community Manager in the Mountain Top area who takes pride in safe, well-maintained communities and excellent resident service.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage leasing activities including applications, move-ins, and renewals, coordinate maintenance, perform property inspections, ensure compliance with affordable housing rules,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Property management, leasing, customer service, or affordable housing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned communities.
• Manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins, recertifications, and renewals.
• Build positive relationships with residents and address concerns professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and resident files.
• Work independently while collaborating with regional management and support staff.
