Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager for an affordable housing portfolio in Mansfield, PA. The role centers on providing secure, welcoming homes and strong resident services. You will lead leasing, compliance, and community initiatives while partnering with housing authorities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance.
• Possess TCS or COS certification or equivalent LIHTC/HUD project experience.
• Ability to manage leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor oversight with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart, mentor the team, and foster a culture where everyone feels valued.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Guide residents through move-ins/move-outs with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners.
• Ensure every detail reflects Conifer's mission of dignity, quality, and care.
