Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or housing programs preferred.

• Willingness to learn property management software and standard office tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for daily operations and resident experience.
• Lead leasing, occupancy, and rent collection efforts with program eligibility checks.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and related regulations.
• Supervise maintenance and curb appeal to maintain property standards.
• Monitor finances and administrative tasks to support budget goals.
