Job summary

Foothills Regional Housing in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks a Community Manager to oversee multifamily housing sites with HOME, Tax Credit, and PBV funding. You will manage leasing, occupancy, rent collections, and coordinate maintenance and vendor services while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and ADA standards.

The role requires at least two years of site supervision experience, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related site supervisor experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Low-Income Tax Credit and HOME programs helpful.
• Proficient with Word/Excel and HAB software; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing and management of all housing rental applications.
• Interview residents and perform required verifications per HUD 4350.3 and HOME.
• Maintain occupancy and rent revenues; collect rents and deposits.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate external contractors.
• Prepare reports and assist with annual operating budget.
