Spectrum Association Management is seeking a Community Manager in Texas to lead relations between HOAs, homeowners, and vendors. You will own portfolios, manage meetings, ensure service standards, and coordinate budgets with a focus on customer service and ownership.

The role offers an in-house training program, mentors, and a path to senior community management, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Approximately ten (8+) years of solid work experience.
• Ability to attend or run evening meetings (usually 30-40 per year).
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to learn other business computer systems.
• Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills.
• Experience with budgets and financial statements.
• Comfortable with public speaking in various meeting sizes.
• Experience gathering bids and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Live and enforce the Same Day Response Policy with communities.
• Engage with board members and homeowners regularly.
• Manage tasks for a portfolio of associations weekly and monthly.
• Plan and facilitate board and annual meetings.
• Maintain vendor relations and oversee bidding and projects.
• Coordinate with other departments in support of communities.
• Handle risk management, insurance, and litigation support.
• Prepare budgets and manage association finances.
• Be available for after-hour emergencies.
• Take on additional related tasks as needed.
