Job summary

Peak Living in Atlanta is seeking a qualified Community Manager. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, and ensure customer service standards across multiple-family communities.

Responsibilities include marketing, lease administration, rent collection, reporting, and resident engagement. A high school diploma is required, with CAM or ARM preferred; 3+ years of onsite CM experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' onsite Community Manager or similar role in multi-family housing or hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with courteous solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rental adjustments to increase rental activity.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances and delinquent fees.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and other requested records.
• Organize resident activities, newsletters, and loyalty/retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Research competitors quarterly to align rates and concessions.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income daily.
• Lead budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses.
