Qualifications

• Two years of residential property management experience is required.
• Strong financial reporting and budget understanding is essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are necessary.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of community operations including leasing, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Lead supervised staff, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership.
• Oversee leasing and marketing of vacant units and respond to resident inquiries.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage bids, and ensure capital projects progress.
• Ensure make-ready apartments are ready for new residents and inspections.
