Carlisle Residential Properties in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a full-time Community Manager to lead all aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance oversight, budgeting, and reporting, in coordination with the Regional Manager.

The role requires at least two years of residential management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with property management software (Yardi). On-site work with resident events and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of residential property management experience.
• Yardi experience desired.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy and property management software proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate, and coach on-site staff.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee leasing and marketing of vacant apartments.
• Assist residents and respond to inquiries.
• Process applications and finalize lease paperwork.
• Collect rent and manage invoices; coordinate collections.
• Inspect property, common areas, and units; complete reports.
• Ensure make-ready apartments for new residents.
• Organize resident events and community activities.
• Manage vendor bidding and capital projects; oversee renovations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
