Job summary

Chandler Management Corp's Hidden Lake Apartments in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Community Manager to lead a 216-unit property, oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations and maintenance coordination.

You'll supervise one on-site employee, work with residents, vendors and teams to maximize occupancy, manage budgets, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and implement engaging retention programs and community events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Budgeting, marketing, and resident engagement experience.
• Familiarity with OneSite or other PM software, plus Excel/Outlook.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
