Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site teams, drive occupancy and NOI, and deliver exceptional resident services. You will supervise associates across leasing, maintenance, and support roles, while coordinating with regional operations to ensure alignment with asset goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree when possible and 2+ years in property management, with strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to optimize operations and maintain high service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities in a multifaceted asset.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and NOI improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy and financial targets.
• Manage operations including leasing, maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Oversee training, performance reviews, and staffing needs.
