Landmark Properties seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site operations, driving occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction. You will manage a site team, coordinate leasing and marketing activities, and ensure strong financial performance based on established budgets.

Reporting to the Regional Director - Operations, you will oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, risk controls, and customer service excellence across the community.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle in a previous position.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site team to meet occupancy and budget targets.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident services to maximize NOI.
• Prepare monthly reporting and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
