Job summary

NRP Group in Indiana is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily apartment operations under the Regional Property Manager. You will drive excellent resident service, maximize cash flow, and preserve assets while building a positive team culture.

Key duties include overseeing leasing, marketing, budgeting, safety, and vendor management; ensuring lease compliance and timely payments; supervising staff; and coordinating training.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or CPM preferred; TCS or HCCP designation preferred.
• 5+ years property management experience; 1 year supervisory experience; working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 LIHTC and related occupancy standards.
• Strong computer skills, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and achieve budgeted NOI; maximize cash flow.
• Coordinate all aspects of apartment community operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain safety and risk management.
• Recruit and develop team; conduct weekly meetings and set goals.
• Handle legal matters, court proceedings, and compliance under guidance.
