The NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations at our Anna, TX apartment community. You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident services while driving financial performance and asset preservation.

• 5+ years property management experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with IRS Section 42 LIHTC program a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all financial performance and achieve NOI targets.
• Maximize revenue and cash flow; manage delinencies and rent collection.
• Monitor leasing activity, market rents and renewal pipeline.
• Supervise team and ensure quality resident service and compliance.
