Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Beech Grove, IN is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily apartment operations and deliver exceptional service to residents. You will manage leasing, budgeting, NOI, and asset preservation, while leading a tight-knit on-site team.

You will ensure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC regulations, and local landlord-tenant laws, coordinating with the Regional Property Manager to optimize performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property management, with supervisory duties.
• Keen understanding of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit program knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and NOI achievement.
• Maximize cash flow while ensuring rent collection and occupancy targets.
• Monitor Yardi data accuracy and lease accounting processes.
• Coordinate budgeting and coordinate with Accounting/Regional Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC requirements.
• Lead on-site team development and training.
• May assist at other properties as needed.
