The NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily apartment community operations, ensuring excellent resident service and financial performance. You will manage leasing, marketing outreach, and staff coordination to maximize NOI and cash flow while preserving asset quality.

Under Regional Property Manager guidance, you will lead a team, monitor budgets, review financial statements, and implement capital improvements as needed, with a focus on regulatory compliance and resident

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience and supervisory exposure.
• Experience with budgeting, NOI, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily apartment community operations and customer service.
• Maximize revenue and manage budgets, delinquencies, and cash flow.
• Coordinate leasing activities, marketing, and on-site staff performance.
