Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Community Manager for Beech Grove Station in Beech Grove, IN. Under the Regional Property Manager, you will ensure excellent customer service, coordinate apartment operations, maximize NOI, and foster a positive team environment.

You will oversee financial performance, manage rent collection, monitor Yardi data, develop annual operating budgets, and guide capital improvements while staying compliant with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws.
• Familiarity with LIHTC tax credits.
• Strong financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and NOI targets.
• Maximize cash flow through rent optimization.
• Ensure timely rent collection and delinquency management.
