Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for our Columbus, OH affordable 58-unit community. You will supervise daily apartment operations, maximize cash flow, and lead a team to deliver excellent resident service.

You will coordinate budgeting, reporting, and capital improvements, while ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; CPM, TCS or HCCP preferred.
• 5+ years property management experience; 1 year supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS 42 LIHTC program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and achieve budgeted NOI.
• Maximize cash flow, collect rent, monitor delinquencies and deposits.
• Ensure accurate Yardi data and leasing activities; manage A/R and A/P.
