Job summary

NRP Group seeks a Community Manager for Beech Grove Station in Beech Grove, IN. You will lead day-to-day property operations, supervise the on-site team, and drive leasing, resident relations, and financial performance to meet NOI targets.

You will work under the Regional Property Manager, coordinate marketing efforts, ensure compliance with housing laws, and deliver high-quality customer service to residents and applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC.
• Experience with financials and budgeting in property operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and leasing performance.
• Maximize cash flow and minimize delinquencies while maintaining NOI.
• Coordinate marketing, showings, and application processing.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure excellent resident services.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
