Continental Properties seeks an experienced Community Manager for Springs at Eastmark in Mesa, AZ. The role oversees operations and resident experience, with leadership of the onsite team and accountability for budgets, revenue, and performance goals.

The position offers additional earnings through leasing and renewal incentives and a quarterly CNOI bonus, plus extensive benefits and an on-site living option. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a track record of leading and developing teams.
• Strong budgeting skills with experience driving NOI growth.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Willingness to work in the evenings, weekends, and holidays and balance desk work with site tours.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage operating budgets and drive revenue through sales, marketing, and customer service to meet performance goals.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience and maintain a tour-ready community environment.
• Lead and develop the team to foster engagement and accountability in a dynamic workplace.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and present monthly KPI and financial reports with strategic improvement plans.
