Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Springs at Pena Station in Denver, CO. You will lead daily operations, drive leasing and resident satisfaction, manage budgets and NOI, and supervise a team to deliver an exceptional living experience.

You’ll report to the Regional Director and have access to performance incentives tied to leasing, renewals, and community metrics. On-site duties include evenings/weekends as needed, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
• Strong budgeting and NOI growth experience.
• Tech-savvy and ready to use property tech tools (Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, Compliance Depot).
• Able to balance desk work with on-site tours and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and drive revenue through strategic sales and marketing.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience with professional, courteous interactions and daily site maintenance.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and present monthly KPI and financial reports with strategic plans.
