Continental Properties seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee Springs at Sandstone Ranch in Longmont, CO. You will drive revenue through sales, marketing and service, while leading a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and present financial analysis to leadership, ensuring the property achieves its performance goals and a high-quality living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• A sharp business mind with hands-on budgeting, NOI growth, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Tech-savvy with Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, and Compliance Depot is a plus.
• Thrives in a flexible schedule environment— evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to tour the community daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing, customer service, and strong knowledge of submarket, and ensure the community hits its performance goals.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by providing courteous, professional service and maintaining tour-ready units and a clean, inviting model and tour path daily.
• Hire top talent, invest in their growth, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability across a dynamic workforce.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and compile monthly KPI and financial reports with analysis and strategic planning to improve future outcomes.
