Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Supervisor for our Springs at Eastmark community in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, on-site role supports facility operations, drives resident satisfaction, and leads the maintenance team under the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, ensuring curb appeal and safety, and using mobile apps to track work orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role with HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and safety through grounds upkeep, painting, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry tasks.
• Lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and coordinate vendor partnerships.
