Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician for the Springs at Eastmark in Mesa, AZ. You will diagnose and repair maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, ensuring resident satisfaction and smooth operations.

You must be hands-on, flexible with schedules including nights and weekends, and comfortable using mobile devices to manage work orders and reporting. Competitive hourly pay and incentives accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call, weekends/holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring needs.
• Maintain property appearance and safety; perform grounds upkeep and painting.
• Operate smart property tech and manage work orders to keep community running smoothly.
