Continental Properties is seeking a Resident Relations Manager for Springs at Northgate in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional resident experience, driving leasing activity, and maintaining financial health of the community.

You will report to the Community Manager and collaborate with marketing, maintenance, and on-site staff to ensure top performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience with a focus on resident relations and property finances.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to tour the community and balance desk work with on-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by providing courteous, professional service and keeping tour-ready units and model spaces welcoming.
• Drive leasing from inquiry to move-in using marketing, events, and technology to hit occupancy goals.
• Manage move-ins/outs, renewals, and occupancy tracking with compliance to Fair Housing and regulations.
• Oversee rent collection and monthly financials, building strong resident relationships and renewals.
