Continental Properties is seeking a Resident Relations Manager for the Springs at Northgate in Colorado Springs, CO. You will help lead operations, resident satisfaction, leasing, financial reporting, rent collection, renewals, and marketing, reporting to the Community Manager.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in apartment leasing, a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings, and the ability to tour the community and handle on-site duties with strong customer service and compliance

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience with a focus on resident relations and property finances
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Comfortable balancing desk work with on-site duties and touring the community

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by inspecting tour-ready units and maintaining an inviting model and tour path daily
• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in, using marketing and events to meet occupancy goals
• Manage follow-ups, move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and occupancy tracking while ensuring Fair Housing and regulations compliance
• Oversee rent collection, payments, and monthly financials, addressing resident needs and renewals
