Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician for the Springs at Eastmark in Mesa, AZ. You will provide outstanding resident service and address maintenance needs to ensure smooth community operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems, plus grounds upkeep and basic unit touch-ups. Training is provided; ability to work flexible hours and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry.
• Able to lift 100 lbs and work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs to keep the community running.
• Perform grounds upkeep, painting, pressure washing, and basic unit touch-ups.
• Provide exceptional resident service and respond promptly to work orders.
