Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques.
Collect all monies due and oversee audit evictions.
Communicate with outside legal counsel during the eviction process.
Finalize move in/out and renewals files.
Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedure.
Collect deposits and process applications.
Ensure target apartments are ready for showing.
Maintain contact with apartment locator services.
Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
Report unusual circumstances regarding the property.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
